What does this mean ?
NOTHING has taken place to hair-
no dye,chemicals, Unravel, or cutting of the weft.
It has to be completely unaltered, untouched.
EXCHANGES
Exchange of hair is allowed, under certain circumstances- you have 24 hours upon accepting hair to contact us in regards to your order.
Keep in mind, you are responsible for all shipping fees back to us, unless we are at fault.
